1. About ThrowIQ:

  • How does ThrowIQ help me improve my darts game?

     ThrowIQ is designed to help your thought process for checkouts.

  • Do I need a physical dartboard to use ThrowIQ? 

     No, ThrowIQ is designed to help your thought process rather than your aiming.

  • What is a "bogey number"?

     A bogey number is a number that cannot be checked out with 3 darts

2. App Features & Gameplay:

  • How do I play the main "Game" mode?

     Simply select “Game” in the sidebar menu

  • What is "Outshot Practice" and how do I use it?

     To use the “outshot practice” game, we have included tutorials within the app          itself, go to the Help & Tutorials section in the sidebar menu. Outshot practice        allows you to practice different outshots without time limits.

  • Where can I find a list of all checkouts? 

     Refer to the "Checkouts" page in the sidebar menu.

  • Can I customize the app's appearance (themes)?

      Yes, you can alter the colour schemes between Default, Classic or Neon within        the settings page.

  • Does the app have sound effects, and can I turn them off?

      Yes, but you can turn these off within the settings page.

3. Account & Subscription:

  • Is ThrowIQ free to use?

     There are 3 versions available, see the table for more information.

  • What are the benefits of a Premium Monthly/Yearly subscription?

      There are no ads and unlimited game play for Premium subscribers. The yearly        subscription offers a significant saving over the monthly subscription.

  • How do I upgrade to Premium?

      You can upgrade on the settings page within the app.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

      You can cancel your subscription at any time on the settings page within the          app. You will still have access until your current subscription expires.

  • Will my progress be saved if I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

      Yes, your settings will remain within your profile.

  • Can I change my email preferences?

      Yes, go to settings within the app.

4. Technical & Troubleshooting:

  • What devices are supported by ThrowIQ?

     ThrowIQ is currently available as a web application so if you have an internet           connection and internet browser, you’re good to go.

  • How do I report a bug or suggest a feature? 

      Refer to your "Contact" page in the sidebar menu

  • What are the system requirements for ThrowIQ?

     ThrowIQ is currently available as a web application so if you have an internet           connection and internet browser, you’re good to go.
